Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival – Airport to Sigiriya

Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB), you’ll be greeted by our representative and transferred to Sigiriya (approx. 4 hours drive). Check into your hotel and relax for the evening. Overnight stay in Sigiriya.

Day 2: Explore Sigiriya & Dambulla

Start your day with a visit to the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress , a UNESCO World Heritage Site offering breathtaking views from the summit. Later, explore the Dambulla Cave Temple , a sacred Buddhist site with stunning murals and statues. Return to Sigiriya for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3: Sigiriya to Kandy

After breakfast, travel to Kandy (approx. 3.5 hours drive). Upon arrival, visit the Royal Botanical Gardens in Peradeniya , followed by the Bahiravokanda Vihara Temple , offering panoramic views of the city. In the evening, visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic (Sri Dalada Maligawa) . Overnight stay in Kandy.

Day 4: Kandy to Bentota – Coastal Retreat

Depart after breakfast for Bentota on the southern coast (approx. 4–4.5 hours drive). On arrival, check into your beachfront hotel and enjoy some free time to relax or explore. Optional activities include a river boat ride or an Ayurveda session. Overnight stay in Bentota.

Day 5: Bentota to Colombo – Departure

Enjoy a relaxed morning before heading to Colombo (approx. 2.5 hours drive). En route, stop for a short orientation tour including Gangaramaya Temple , Independence Square , and the Dutch Hospital Precinct .
